You will be with them for as long as you are going to write. I favor working with my computer because it saves me time, effort and all the hassles mess that you get from paper and typewriter. But it is still up for you to choose where you will be more comfortable. Any of these tools will suffice.

Master of the English Language

Well for the obvious reason that it is the most widely spoken language in the world, meaning you must master the language in order for you to reach other potential clients from other countries.

Excellent in Grammar

When you are already good in writing and speaking English, this should be easy for you. You must have good grammar in writing so that you’re readers will continue reading your articles or whatever you’re writing. Having an excellent grammar in an article or a book makes the readers understand what you are trying to tell or let them know, the points and details you are trying to show them. Besides, as a reader I wouldn’t read a book or an article that has full of wrong grammars, it kind of misleads the story and the point.

You cannot write anything about a certain topic if you do not know a thing about it. This is where research comes in. Researching gives you in-depth details about a certain topic that you would want to write about and that is why writing comes hand in hand with researching.

Enables you to send your works and keeps you in touch to your potential clients. The faster the internet connection the better. It is by far the most effective way to research while you are at home or where ever.

Ability to Work for Long Periods of Time

Patience is the exact word for this one, writing and researching can take so much time so you’ve got to be able to grab a hold of it. After you finished writing it is rewarding and enriching as all your hard work pays.
